What should I expect at my first appointment?
Every first visit starts with a one-on-one skin consultation. I look at your skin, listen to your concerns, and build a treatment plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and budget. Then we begin with a tailored facial.How often should I get a facial?
For most clients, every 4 to 6 weeks gives consistent, visible progress. For active acne, we may start closer together, then taper as your skin responds. Your custom plan covers cadence.Do you treat acne or only relaxation facials?
Acne is a specialty. I work through the full cycle: deep cleanses, professional extractions, calming actives, and a home-care routine you'll actually follow.How do I prep before a facial?
Come with clean skin if possible, no actives the night before (retinol, AHAs, BHAs), and skip waxing the area for at least 48 hours. Hydrate, and bring a list of products you currently use.What is your cancellation policy?
Plump MedSpa requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee per Plump's policy.Do you accept new clients?
